Our Terms
These terms
What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods or services.
Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss it.

Information about us and how to contact us
Who we are.
We are GVB Luxury UG, a company registered in Germany. Our registered office is at Hauptstraße 134, 51143 Köln, Germany.
How to contact us. You can contact us by writing to us at gb@finesse-care.com.
How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
“Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.

Our contract with you
How to obtain a price for services.

1. By Post: You can request a postal pack to send your watch to us at Hauptstraße 134, 51143 Köln, Germany. There is no charge for the pack, and postage is pre-paid. The postal pack contains a personal information form and services request form, which should be completed in full.
2. Drop-off: You can drop your watch off at our reception at Hauptstraße 134, 51143 Köln, Germany. We will provide you with an estimate for the services by email once we have inspected your watch and assessed the extent of the services required. We will ascertain, at our discretion:

  • The nature and method of the services and any repairs to be undertaken; and 
  • The type of replacement part(s) to be used.

We will ask you to confirm that you accept the estimate and for us to provide the services before we accept your order.
We ask that prior to sending us your watch by post, you send a picture of your watch within our packaging to gb@finesse-care.com and identify the make, model, and serial number in your email.
If you do not accept the estimate for services we provide, you must inform us in writing via email to gb@finesse-care.com. We will return the watch to you by a recorded delivery service on receipt of the postage cost of €18.00 (+VAT). We will only return the watch to the original shipping address.
How to obtain a quote for goods. You can request a quote for goods by contacting us by email at gb@finesse-care.com. We will provide you with a quote for the goods by email and will ask you to confirm your order by email before we accept it.
How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm acceptance, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order at our discretion, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for any services rendered to that point. However, the return postage fee of €18.00 (+VAT) must still be paid. Reasons for non-acceptance may include but are not limited to:

  • The product being out of stock;
  • Unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for;
  • Errors in the price or description of the product;
  • Our inability to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. Please reference this number whenever contacting us about your order.
We only sell to Germany. Our services are designed to cater to customers based within Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders from addresses outside Germany. Packages sent from outside Germany or not complying with our pack instructions are not covered under our insurance.
Authorisation to dismantle. By sending your watch to us, you authorise us to dismantle it for assessment. We will inspect your watch immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure proper packaging when sending your watch to us. Any claims that your watch was in better condition before our inspection will not be accepted.
Services for replicas. We do not provide services for replica watches. If a replica is sent using our pre-paid postage pack, we will charge an administration fee of €36.00 (+ VAT) and a return postage fee of €20.00 (+VAT).
Damaged or tampered packages. If the package returning your watch appears tampered with, do not accept delivery. Claims may require proof of ownership and registration with The Watch Registry. Our insurance may provide a replacement or a cash equivalent depending on the watch’s value and condition.

Images on our website are illustrative only and may not exactly represent the products. Packaging may also vary.

Your rights to make changes
If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us. We will inform you of any adjustments required, including price or timing, as a result of the change.

Our rights to make changes
We may make minor adjustments:

  • To comply with changes in law or regulatory requirements;
  • To implement technical improvements as required by manufacturers.

Providing the products
Delivery costs.
Delivery costs will be as displayed on our website or communicated during the order process.
Collection by you. If you have opted for collection, you may pick up your watch from Hauptstraße 134, 51143 Köln, Germany, during working hours (09:00 to 17:00 weekdays, excluding public holidays). Please bring your invoice, valid photographic ID, and proof of address.
